Notes on calling the After Hours Number:

• The After-Hours number connects to an answering service. They’ll contact one
  of the property management company team members who will return your call.
  Only true emergencies should be reported to the After-Hours number.
• Examples of what are not after-hour emergencies to be handled by the property
  management company include, but are not limited to: Locked out of my Unit;
  Lost my key fob; Minor maintenance issue that can be addressed during
  standard business hours.
• Non-emergency calls cost the community $95 per call. Use of the After-Hours
  number for non-emergency calls will be billed to the Unit Owner.
• Any non-emergency After-Hours calls made by renters or guests will be billed
  to the Unit Owner.
