Rentals
The Bayside at Bethany Lakes Condominium Association of Unit Owners (BBL), its governing Council, and its property manager, Wilgus Associates, Inc., are not involved in the rental of any Units within the community. All rental activity is conducted solely by individual Unit Owners or by rental management companies selected by those Unit Owners.
Rental Inquiries
Questions regarding a specific rental, including availability, check-in procedures, or amenities should be directed to the Unit Owner or their designated rental management company. The BBL property management team does not respond to rental-related inquiries.
For Unit Owners Who Rent Their Units
- Community Rules: You are required to post a copy of the BBL Community Rules inside your rental Unit.
- Responsibility: You are responsible for ensuring your renters comply with all BBL Community Rules. Violations will result in fines assessed to you, the Unit Owner.
- Contact Information: A current contact number for either you or your rental management company must be posted prominently inside the Unit.
